Spotlight assessments

Where Spotlight is used:

assessment data is processed and stored by Mindflick
reports are shared directly with individuals
individuals retain control over how their results are used or shared

LeaderX does not use Spotlight data for any purpose beyond the agreed development work.

Personal data and working notes are stored securely on password-protected devices and systems.

Access to personal data is limited to:

associates working on a specific client engagement (where applicable and necessary)

All reasonable steps are taken to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Notes and working materials relating to coaching and programmes are securely deleted once the engagement has concluded, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them for a longer period.
