Our Story

Meet Emma - former C-Suite Director of People, leadership expert, facilitator, executive coach and speaker.

 

Her work has always centred on one question:
 

"How do we help leaders develop the self-awareness and emotional intelligence needed to lead with clarity, courage and real impact?"

Emma grew up in Lancashire and now lives in Manchester.

 

It’s fair to say she was doing things her own way long before she had the language to explain why.

She has always felt things deeply, sensed what people weren’t saying, and asked thoughtful questions. What once felt like a quirk was, in fact, the beginning of her leadership story.

For the past 25 years, Emma has supported senior leaders and teams in complex, fast-paced and high-pressure environments. Her work focuses on helping leaders create the conditions for high performance and lead well when the pressure is on.

In her early thirties, Emma became more intentional about understanding herself and the people around her, and everything changed. She grew more resilient, built stronger relationships, and began creating the life she had always imagined.

What she didn’t realise at the time was that her fascination with people, psychology and performance would go on to form the foundation of her business and her mission.

The insight that changed everything

Most of what drives great leadership starts on the inside.

We are never “just” the roles we hold. We lead from our ‘humanness’, who we are as a whole person. 

When leaders understand themselves more deeply, everything shifts. They communicate more clearly, make better decisions, and show up in ways that positively influence others.

That insight became the basis of her Inner Clarity → Outer Impact Leadership Method™.

Today, Emma’s work focuses on helping leaders and teams understand themselves well enough to build trust and adapt effectively in complex, fast-moving environments.​
