Your journey
Coaching is tailored to you but follows a simple rhythm designed for real, lasting change.

Step 1: Connect
A chemistry session to explore your goals, challenges, and what a successful partnership looks like. You’ll complete a Spotlight Profile and, where useful, a light 360 to shape your journey.

Step 2: Clarify
We debrief your Spotlight Profile, exploring strengths, pressure patterns and blind spots, creating a foundation and deeper awareness to build on.

Step 3: Develop
Through reflection, challenge, and experimentation, we turn insight into conscious action, building adaptability, presence, and impact under pressure.

Step 4: Sustain
We track progress, embed change, and ensure each session delivers impact for you, your team, and your organisation.
Sessions run online or in person, 60 or 90 minutes. We recommend at least three sessions, ideally six, to create lasting change.
